We operate as a quality control laboratory, approved by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.

We offer a full range of physical, chemical and microbiological analysis to control the criteria of safety and hygiene, control of possibile fraud and technological parameters of interest both in raw and heat treated milk and milk products. 

Depending on your needs, you can customize your own analysis plan or to select one of the "Analysis Packages" that we have prepared and offer you at competitive prices.


 1. MILK ANALYSIS (PRODUCERS)
The package includes the simultaneous analysis of at least 30 samples for the parameters:
 
a) sheep' s milk (cheese)
  
  • Fat
  • Protein
  • Solid fat residue
  • Extraneous water (control by cryoscope)
  • Determination of extraneous cow' s milk (or goat milk)
 
b)  Cow' s milk (milk factories)
 
  • Fat
  • Protein
  • Solid fat residue
  • Extraneous water (control by cryoscope) 
  • Detection of antibiotics
  • Total plate count
  • Somatic cells
 
2. "Feta" CHEESE ANALYSIS
The package includes the simultaneous analysis of 6 cheese samples for the parameters:
  • Fat
  • Moisture
  • Fraud detection with cow' s milk
  • Total Coliforms
  • Staphylococcus coagulase (+)
  • YyyYeast and Moudls
