Solid waste management (urban and industrial) is a complex and crucial problem for the modern societies.
Landfill of waste is the most common way for their disposal. Directive 99/31/EC on the landfill of waste distinquishes between three classes of landfill:

landfills for hazardous waste
landfills for non-hazardous waste
landfills for inert waste

Our laboratory can perform all the appropriate analysis for the basic characterization of solid wastes and the control of their compliance with the EU Council Decision annex 33/2003.
