All services provided by the Laboratory are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. The delivery of samples for analysis to the Laboratory or the order to perform any other service, constitutes acceptance of the following stated terms and conditions by the Client.
 
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Laboratory treats all the information provided by the clients as striclty confindential and under no circumstances publishes or reveals to any third party information relevant to its clients and their test results without the Client’s prior approval.
The Laboratoty may provide to third parties clarifications on issued certificates which have already been notified to them by the Client.
In case of Official Self Control Programs, the Laboratory provides to the Official Authorities the information required in the programm.
In case of misuse of the Certificates by the Client, including their partial publishment or their misleading usage, the Confidentiality term does not apply in order for the truth to be restored.   
 
PAYMENT TERMS:
The delivery of the results presupposes the fulfillement of the Client's payment obligations.
Credit is provided only after specific agreement.

SAMPLING:
The type of sampling is indicated on the certificate of the analysis and can be conducted either
- by specialized personnel of the Laboratory under debit and after specific agreement or
- by the client with the guideliness of the Laboratory
 
SAMPLES RECEPTION:
Reception’s days and time: Working days from 08.00 to 16.00
For microbiological analysis, samples are being accepted from Monday to Wednesday
 
SAMPLES QUANTITY:
In order for both chemical and microbiological analysis to be performed for one sample, two separate packages are required.
 
RESPONSE TIME OF ANALYSIS:
The typical duration of the analysis is 10 days starting from the next day of the sample reception, except for some methods that may require more time.
 
RUSH ANALYSIS:
Rush analysis is possible only upon special agreement with the Client with extra charge of 50%.
 
ANALYSIS CERTIFICATES:
The analysis certificates are issued to the Client who signed the test order or to a competent person authorized by the latter.
The results indicated on the analysis certificate regard solely the sample tested from the laboratory.
The partial reproduction of the analysis certificate without the prior written consent of A. TSAKALIDIS Inc. is prohibited.
Decision Rule : when a statement of conformity to a specification or a standard is provided, the laboratory employs the decision rule of guarded rejection at 95% confidence level, except for where the customer states in writing that the decision rule to be employed is guarded acceptance, or where the decision rule is prescribed by regulations or normative documents.
 
SAMPLE RE-TESTING:
In case of results contested by the Client, the samples can be re-tested following the Client’s request. The re-testing is charged only if the new result verifies the initial laboratory result or if it ranges within the frame of uncertainty of the parameter on question. Microbilogical analysis cannot be re-tested.
